MOVIES AND QUICKTIME:

M O V: There are quite a few movies on this site. They're usually linked by the word "M O V". Most have sound included so make sure to have the sound volume on your computer up high enough.

QUICKTIME 4.0: The movies require QuickTime 4.0 or higher. If you do not have this installed on your computer you can get it from the Apple QuickTime site. It works with both Macs and PC's.

PROGRESSIVE DOWNLOAD: The movies on this site are in the form of Progressive Download formats. Click on the word M O V on pages that have it and a small window will open with a movie in it. The movie will start to download automatically. You will see a gray progress bar at the bottom proceeding towards the right. How fast it downloads will depend on the speed of your Internet connection.

TO WATCH THE MOVIES: A general guideline if you want to see the whole movie is to allow it to download a little over half way (when the gray bar is at least halfway across the progress bar) and then click the play button. If the movie freezes for any reason you can click the refresh above the movie and it will reload starting from what has been downloaded already. Once a movie has been downloaded it can be played as many times as you want as long as the window is open.
